The day after rest is usually bittersweet for me. Instead of replaying the same tape of “shoulds” and getting stuck in my overwhelm, I started my day today with a gratitude for the abundance and generosity of my life

Allowing space to feel can involve:

- Going for a walk to process.
- Breathing into discomfort.
- Crying as a release.
- Journalling what’s on your mind.
- Talking to a therapist or friend.
- Stretching for somatic release.
